I just realized that my art work on here goes from a really long time ago to this year in one pretty big leap, there's not much in between. But I can't add those because then the order will be messed up. Also, Deviant is being really stupid and slow right now. I will be adding more photography tomorrow:)

I've always wanted to learn how to oil paint. But I really have no idea where to start. So does anyone have any pointers? My favorite subject is people is that too hard to start off with? I need to know what kind of paint is good, brushes, what's best to paint it on, how to take care of it when it's drying, blending, layering, and the stuff you have to use to thin it out? and really just any pointers with the technique. Advice? thanks:)

Again I neglected this for awhile. I have a lot more of my photography to add but unfortunately they're on a computer at school. Some of my art pieces are still missing but this is now pretty updated. There's a bit of a gap between the things I just added and old stuff but you know, I just really don't feel like dealing with it right now. I'm not too great at navigating this site so I'm sorry if I'm bad at updating and replying!
